Beth Loxley, President
Beth Loxley is the President and founder of E.A. Loxley & Associates, Inc. which specializes in accounting, consulting and taxation for closely held businesses and their principals. For over fifteen years, Beth has provided services to entities of all sizes in the Cleveland and Akron metropolitan areas, advising them on tax compliance and planning, and business development.
She primarily provides tax research, planning and compliance services to business owners, C-corporations, LLC's, S-corporations and partnerships. She also provides financial reporting services to these same entities. Additionally, she has extensive experience with QuickBooks applications and customization and new business formations.
Her industry specializations include retail, consulting and professional service companies.
Beth is a member of several professional organizations including the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, the National Society of Accountants, the National Association of Tax Professionals and the National Association for Female Executives. She is a graduate of John Carroll University.
Beth and her husband live in Hudson with their two sons.
Charlene D. Moultrie, CPA
Charlene Moultrie is a graduate of Hampton University with a BS degree in Accountancy. She is an accomplished financial professional with over 12 years of experience in an array of financial arenas, from small startup companies to large established corporations.
Her experiences have enabled her to service all entity forms from inception to dissolution while operating from a perspective that most benefits the client. Charlene specializes in the areas of audit, financial reporting and tax planning and compliance.
Karen L. Waldinger
Karen Waldinger assists the staff and clients of E.A. Loxley & Associates as Payroll Manager and Bookkeeper. She attended John Carroll University. Her previous experience is in team management and customer service.
